2. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphics, gameplay mechanics, visual interfaces, and branding belong exclusively to IYGroup and are protected under international intellectual property laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will IYGroup be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our applications.
