1. Acceptance & Scope of Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile applications (e.g. MindiCot, Gulam Chor, Orbit Guardian, Number merge, Arrow Path, Stack - BuildUp, Crore Quiz Champion), desktop utilities, or web platforms published by IYGroup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install, access, or use any IYGroup software.

2. Intellectual Property & User Ownership

• Studio Intellectual Property: All software source code, graphics, gameplay mechanics, sound effects, brand marks, and visual user interfaces belong exclusively to IYGroup and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Your Content Ownership: When using our creative or developer utilities (such as FireDraw or Utility Hub), you retain 100% ownership over all database schemas, diagrams, exported PDF documents, and files generated on your device.

3. Software License & Prohibited Conduct

IYGroup grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to install and use our software on compatible devices you own or control.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any application.
• Use automated bots, cheats, memory editors, or exploits to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or progression.
• Resell, sublicense, frame, or commercially redistribute our software without prior written authorization.
• Interfere with network matchmaking servers, CDN infrastructure, or other users' legitimate enjoyment.

4. Virtual In-Game Points & Zero Gambling Guarantee

In games displaying currency points, prize ladders, or digital cheques (such as Crore Quiz Champion or MindiCot), all values are strictly fictional in-game score points for entertainment and learning.

Our games do NOT constitute gambling, lotteries, or real-money gaming. Virtual currency cannot be redeemed for real-world legal tender, gift vouchers, or cash prizes under any circumstances.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

Free-to-play applications are monetized via third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). Third-party ads are subject to the advertiser's independent privacy policies. We do not endorse or assume liability for products or services promoted in third-party advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All software and services published by IYGroup are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall IYGroup, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our applications or web services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
