Terms of Service for Gulam Chor

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IYGroup ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Gulam Chor mobile game ("the App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

3. Virtual Chips and Items — No Real Money

• The App uses virtual chips, levels, cosmetics (tables, card backs) and other virtual items ("Virtual Items").
• Virtual Items are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, spins, quests and by watching rewarded ads. They cannot be bought with real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, cashed out or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value.
• The App is a free-to-play game of entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling or any chance to win real money or prizes. Success in the App does not mean future success at real-money gambling.
• You have a licence to use Virtual Items within the App only; you do not own them. We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items at any time, and they may be lost if you uninstall the App without your progress being saved, or if your account is terminated.

4. Your Player Account

The App creates an anonymous player account for your installation. You are responsible for everything done through it. Your progress may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear app data or change devices.

5. Player Names and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

1. Choose a player name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else or contains personal information.
2. Cheat, use bots, exploits, hacks, modified clients or automation, or manipulate leaderboards or rewards.
3. Harass, abuse or threaten other players, or deliberately disrupt online matches.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or distribute the App, except where the law allows it.
5. Interfere with our servers or try to access data that is not yours.
6. Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may rename players, remove leaderboard entries, reset progress, or suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Advertising

The App shows third-party ads (including Google AdMob), including optional rewarded videos. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party websites or products they link to. Rewards from rewarded ads are given only when the ad is completed and an ad is available.

7. Online Play

Online matches rely on internet connections and third-party servers. Matches may be interrupted, and in that case we cannot always restore progress or chips. Bots may fill empty seats.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, graphics, sounds, card designs, tables, text and the "Gulam Chor" name and logo, is owned by IYGroup or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Gulam Chor is a traditional card game; these Terms do not claim ownership of the game's traditional rules.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change or stop the App, or any feature, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with your device.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IYGroup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the App. Because the App is free, our total liability for any claim will not exceed INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if you wish, asking us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 8 and 11–16 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

16. Apple App Store Users

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; Apple is not responsible for any product warranty, claims or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the App; you must comply with applicable third-party terms; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
