Terms of Service for FireDraw
Client-Side Visualizer & Complete User Ownership
FireDraw is a client-side visualization tool. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all database schemas, diagrams, ERDs, JSON exports, and PNG/SVG visual assets created using this tool. FireDraw does not connect directly to your live production cloud databases.
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the FireDraw visual Firestore data modeling tool ("the Service") available at firedraw.dezoko.com, operated and published by IYGroup.
By accessing or using FireDraw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
FireDraw provides software developers, database architects, and engineering teams with an interactive web canvas to visualize, map, and document Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase database architectures, collection hierarchies, subcollections, references, and data structures.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership
- Your Schemas Belong to You: All architecture models, schema designs, document mappings, custom notes, exported SVG/PNG graphics, and JSON files generated by you belong exclusively to you. IYGroup claims zero ownership or rights over your schemas.
- Our Platform IP: The FireDraw user interface, rendering engine, source code, visual branding, logo, and documentation belong exclusively to IYGroup and are protected under international intellectual property laws.
3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You may use FireDraw freely for both personal and commercial software modeling projects. You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disassemble, or copy the FireDraw client application codebase.
- Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or disrupt web asset delivery servers.
- Resell, frame, white-label, or redistribute the FireDraw software application as a standalone commercial tool without written permission from IYGroup.
4. Third-Party Trademarks Disclaimer
Google, Google Cloud, Firestore, and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. FireDraw is an independent developer utility tool built by IYGroup and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google LLC.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
FireDraw is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain complete reliability, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, continuous, or that browser-cached local storage will be permanently preserved across browser updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall IYGroup or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use FireDraw, including any loss of unsaved diagrams or browser cache purges.
7. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature within FireDraw at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
