Terms and Conditions for KBC: Millionaire Quiz

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before installing, accessing, or playing KBC: Millionaire Quiz ("the App", "Service"), provided and published by IYGroup.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the App on any Android or iOS device, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the App.

1. Educational & Entertainment Nature (Virtual Currency Disclaimer)

• Trivia Game for Educational & Entertainment Purposes: KBC: Millionaire Quiz is designed exclusively for cognitive entertainment, trivia learning, and mental recreation.
• NO Real Money Gambling or Cash Payouts:
  • All currency figures, point ladders (e.g., "₹7 Crore", "₹1 Crore", "₹50 Lakh", milestone cheques), and virtual rewards displayed inside the App are purely fictional virtual score metrics.
  • The App does NOT constitute gambling, betting, lotteries, or real-money gaming of any form.
  • Virtual amounts and cheques cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real-world legal tender, gift cards, goods, services, or cryptocurrency.
  • No entry fees, monetary wagering, or purchases are required or accepted to achieve virtual game achievements.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Disclaimer

• Proprietary Code & Assets: All original source code, graphic designs, UI components, sound layouts, software architecture, and custom level structures are the exclusive intellectual property of IYGroup.
• Public Knowledge Trivia: Question content is compiled from public domain general knowledge, world history, science, geography, literature, cinema, sports, and cultural arts.
• Independent Tribute: KBC: Millionaire Quiz is an independently developed trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Sony Pictures Television, Big Synergy, Kaun Banega Crorepati, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, or their respective copyright and trademark holders. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, IYGroup grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and execute the App for personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices you own or control.

Prohibited Conduct — You agree that you will NOT:

1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to extract the source code or question assets of the App.
2. Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or distribute modified versions of the App.
3. Utilize automated bots, cheat engines, memory injectors, or scripts to manipulate timers, scores, or unlocked level progress.
4. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from IYGroup.

4. Third-Party Advertisements & Rewarded Features

• The App is provided free of charge and is supported through third-party advertising networks (including Google AdMob).
• Rewarded Ads: Users may voluntarily opt to view rewarded sponsor video ads to recharge consumed lifelines (such as 50:50, Audience Poll, AI Expert, and Flip Question) or obtain a second chance during active games.
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of any third-party products, services, or claims presented in advertisements.

5. In-App Reviews, Sharing & App Updates

• In-App Reviews: The App may prompt you using the official native store review interface (SKStoreReviewController on iOS / Google Play In-App Review on Android) to provide voluntary feedback.
• App Updates: The App includes automatic version notification mechanisms to alert you when a newer version is released on Google Play Store or Apple App Store to ensure optimal security and feature compatibility.
• Content Sharing: The App allows sharing gameplay results and virtual cheques with friends and family using the native device share sheet.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any guarantee that the App will function without interruption, latency, or technical defects.
• Absolute factual infallibility of trivia questions, although rigorous editorial care is exercised to verify trivia data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IYGroup, its developers, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of device data, device malfunction, or emotional distress) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination & Changes to Terms

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice or liability.
• Modifications: We may update or amend these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
