B. Information You Provide Directly

  • Player Display Name: You may choose a custom display name inside the Game for multiplayer matches and global leaderboards. We do not require or collect your real name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Rewarded Ads: You may voluntarily choose to watch rewarded video advertisements to earn bonus coins or multiply match rewards.
  • In-Game Currency: Coins and gems are virtual items solely for use within the Game and have no real-world monetary value.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Tug of Territory is designed for general audiences of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

  • We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or exact location data from any players.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate steps to delete such data.

6. Data Retention and Security

  • Data Retention: We retain non-personal gameplay data, leaderboards, and cloud profile information for as long as necessary to provide game services or until you request deletion.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads:
  • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for Tug of Territory, or adjust Apple Advertising.

Data Deletion Requests:

You may request the deletion of your anonymous cloud profile, statistics, and leaderboard entries at any time by contacting our support team with your in-game User ID.
